Justin refuses to board private jet sent by his team to Miami and instead is pictured out partying with father hours after his DUI arrest

A private jet waited for Justin Bieber on Thursday after his DUI arrest in Miami, Florida. But the 19-year-old refused to board the plane because that meant facing his team, including manager Scooter Braun, to have a heart-to-heart about his wild ways, MailOnline has learned exclusively. Instead, the Baby singer chose to stay on in Miami and continue partying with his father Jeremy, 38 - the two were even spotted surrounded by bottles of alcohol at a rental just hours after bail was posted for the teen. 'The private plane was on standby all day,' a source tells MailOnline exclusively. 'It was really disappointing that he never got on it. Justin needs to get help now.' The Beauty And A Beat singer has not had much contact with his team in the past few weeks, according to the source. 'They want him to get help and he doesn't want to get help so Justin is just avoiding his entire team,' the source added to MailOnline. 'He's being defiant and not listening. His team is insisting he go to rehab and he's not doing it. He just keeps partying.' The people surrounding him these days - and have been influencing him - are not the same people who helped build his massive career, that has included 100m records sold, hit films and a fragrance empire. Instead, the teen is spending time with his father, who was not only on the scene with Justin when he entered a drag race with rapper Khalil Sharief, aged 19, in Miami Beach that resulted in the teen going 'up to 60 mph' in a 30 mph zone, according to Miami police. But the dad was also partying with him at SET nightclub just hours earlier, where Justin was already high - he had told police during the time of his arrest that he had smoked marijuana 'all day,' was on prescription drugs and had consumed a beer
